Children’s Leader’s Conference!

I just got back from a Children’s Leader’s Conference in Little Rock, Arkansas.  This conference was amazing!  I felt like God poured so much into each one of us.  The teachers were some of the most advanced cutting-edge speakers.  They are on the crux of something so incredible.  The conference general sessions were mind blowing.  It was all so much until it will take a while for it all to be processed and applied to real life.

My favorite speaker was the guy who created Veggie Tales.  He talked about his dream and how it became bigger to him than inquiring of God.  In essence his company sales went way down and he got into a lawsuit and the whole company got taken from him.  He was very hurt and wounded and found himself alone.  He began to turn back to God, and now God has given him another story.  He however has learned that God is the dream he wants to chase.  This man was so transparent.  I really loved his honesty!  All of this was so amazing because the Conference started out by talking about “What is your Dream?”  I thought he brought a lot of perspective to the whole thing.  We always need to keep the main thing the main thing!  God help us!
